The following Terms and Conditions of Sale applies to all items and games we sell, and the Purchaser (Buyer) agrees to all terms below by making any purchase from GLM Enterprises, LLC website or store locations:
Sales tax will be charged on Nebraska, and Illinois orders, and other states required by Nexus laws. In some states we are not required to collect sales tax, please check local tax code or an accountant regarding your responsibilities regarding sales tax. All items may be subject to sales tax based on state specific laws and the new internet sales tax legislation regardless of your location.
Deposits placed to secure an order, pre-orders, or to special order are non-refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to ensure the customer is committed to the purchase, and will not be be transferred or refunded.
Immediately unpack items upon receipt to inspect for any possible damage. follow the directions posted on the product packaging. You must do this in the presence of the shipper and note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork. If any damage is present, you must also immediately contact us to make a report. Minor damage including small scratches and nicks may be present on the item and represent normal wear from product packaging and transit. This damage does not warranty refusal of delivery or a product return. Significant damage must be refused. Incorrect items must be refused. If the freight is excepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items shipped via freight are not subject to the return policy. These items are too large, however any and all issues will be resolved via the manufacturer warranty.
Return goods in like-new condition prepaid to Pinball Pro within 30 days of receipt for a refund, not including shipping charges. Return Authorization is required. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Cancellations and returns authorized by Pinball Pro will be subject to up to 25% restocking fees and the cost of shipping and return shipping. Refusal to take delivery of products will result is in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs. Items shipped via truck freight are not subject to the return policy. These items are too large, however any and all issues will be resolved via the manufacturer warranty. Damages cause by shipment must be documented, do not sign for a truck freight shipment if damage is determined.
Credit Card Transactions
Order cancellations or returns will be assessed 5% to cover credit card transaction fees.
International shipping is billed separately to ensure accuracy. Contact us for a quote if desired. International customers are responsible for paying taxes and fees assessed by their respective country. Return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments will include on the label a declaration of contents and their value. Pinball Pro/GLM Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure products ordered will comply with their local laws or customs requirements and to work with their customs officials.
A Note about Security
While encryption provides security, it also slows the transfer of information. Our web site is hosted on an unencrypted web server which has a high bandwidth connection to the internet. This provides you the capability to rapidly browse our site. Our Secure Order Form and Price List , however, is located on our secure web server. We use either 40 or 128 bit SSL encryption depending on the capability of your browser. You will know that SSL encryption is being used when the “padlock” icon in the corner of your browser is “closed”. This ensures all sensitive information (such as credit cards numbers) cannot be intercepted. In addition we encrypt all information using 168 bit encryption while it is being transferred from our Web server to our credit card merchant and none of your information is stored on the web server, so there are no concerns about the secure server being “hacked”. This allows our product information to be served quickly from the standard server, while protecting your sensitive data.
A Note Regarding Privacy
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, company name if applicable, mailing address, shipping address, a home or work phone, fax number, your credit card number and expiration date. We need this information to process your order and to contact you, should there be a problem with your order.
Use of information
We do not disclose any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number, to any third party except as necessary to process your credit card with our clearing agent and to ship your order. We use the information that we collect to improve our marketing and promotional efforts; additionally, we use it to to improve our product offerings. We will use your e-mail address and if need be your mailing address or phone number to contact you regarding processing of your orders if any questions arise. We may also store the information that we gather from you in a file along with any e-mail or other written correspondence that we have had with you. This information may be used to support our return policy. We do not share or sell your information.
Pinball Pro will not disclose any information about any individual except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. Pinball Pro may disclose any information about their customers under special circumstances that include but are not limited to complying with the law, or assisting in rectifying an unjust doing. It is our policy to protect all information you send to us and we will NEVER sell any of your data.
